Our Senior Management Team enjoys significant operational experience within the Events and Security Sector that covers several decades and extends across a wide variety of Events and clients. This Knowledge and experience has allowed us to gain a unique and proactive understanding of both client and guest needs and the required service standards therein.
We invest heavily in the training the members of team to ensure we are delivering exceptional service at all times. We understand the importance of delivering outstanding customer service and undertake regular customer service audits to ensure our team are meeting the required client standards on a consistent basis.
We have a strong understanding of our responsibilities in relation to compliance and all staff members undertake an in depth induction process which includes submitting to a Vetting & Barring checking policy.
We also ensure that all Stewards are either qualified or working towards the NVQ 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety. All our SIA Security are trained to high level and qualified License Holders.
